FOMO is the ‘Fear Of Missing Out’. Most of us have suffered FOMO at sometime. But how can you make sure FOMO doesn’t consume you?
Firstly remind yourself that you don’t need to do everything and try instead to prioritise the things that are important to you.
Secondly remember that things aren’t always as they seem. Public displays on facebook don’t equate to a happier life. Perhaps use this insight to limit your time on social media.
And finally remember that you are where you need to be be right here and now, focus on what’s in front of you now
