To change requires a conscious decision to do things differently. This is important so that we can start to achieve our goals. These goals may be big or small, they may be to do with achievement externally or internally.

Being mindful is the final outcome of our counselling sessions. It involves embracing techniques which will fundamentally change your life. This will require commitment by you but the results will be worth it.
