Could you define yourself in a sentence, a paragraph or even an essay? The answer is a simple NO.
The reason being, we are complex individuals with many facets to our personality and on top of that we are forever changing; altering our perception as our knowledge changes. We have depths to our experiences that we often don’t even understand ourselves.
I often hear clients raising concerns about how others view them, ‘they must think I’m such a failure’, ‘they must think I am a bad person’, ‘they must think I don’t deverve this.’ I ask you to reconsider the time and energy you spend worrying about how others perceive you.
The reason for this is that they will never fully understand you as no one can ever really see the fully complete picture of who you are. You are an intangible being. Keep being ‘you’ on your growth path and don’t worry about what others may or may not think.
